Programs the new for Audi A3/TT 2007 and new for VW Golf5/Passat 2007 made by Siemens VDO starting from June 2006 up to today! This interface dongle needs to be connected, through an RS232 serial interface, to a PC running Win98/Me/XP obd scanner.

Instructions to Use
Our interface looks like a small box that needs to be connected to a PC running Win98/Me/XP.
You only need to solder few wires to the board, read back the actual value and then write
the new value with no limitations at all. Just one thing: remember that this interface works only
with boards made by Siemens VDO featuring a Micronas microcontroller CDC3217 or CDC3297 and 24c32 or 2432 eeprom memory.
We produce two versions named R250N and R250S. The first one needs to be
connected to our programmer,the second one needs only a PC with a free
RS232 connector or USB-RS232 adapter.

1. The TachoPro software might not work on PC`s that are faster than 233 MHZ
2. For further dashboard problem, check pls. from what manufacturer your
combi instrument is made, VDO(Siemens), Motometer or Magneti. The
Tachopro can only work for Polo on the one made from Motometer
3. Tachopro supports cars up to 1999 sometimes to 2001 (from model to model)
4.Interface electronic of the Tachopro & K/L is the same, only
tachoPro have the dongle inside so the tachopro software is possible to
run and manipulate the mileage obd tools
5. Make sure using the Tachopro Software under PLAIN DOS only not under windows or a windows command shell
4. Scantool, scanmaster, digimoto are using another interface based on
ELM interpreter chips and are not compatible to this interface (Of this
ELM interpreter chips exist 3 pieces with different protocols)
7. It can make the full EEPROM backup of the techopro.

1. Connect to obd Port.
2. Press input the new KM what you want.
3. Press ok, start to adjust the odometer.
4. Display written ok, dashboard will be started again, odometer number will be changed.

7. Choose the car model, press ok, it will display the original KM on
the screen, but it is different when choose Regal and Century, the won’t
display the original KM but ‘verify’.
